Spirited Entrepreneurs Lead and Inspire Action

Spirited entrepreneurs continue to lead the way and inspire action to help us get past the “Great Recession.”

Do you ever wonder why some people jump out of bed excited to start their day? Are you one of those people? Or, do you find yourself envious of them? Newsflash: spirited entrepreneurs make up a vast majority of the people who jump out of bed excited to start their day. And spirited entrepreneurs are also the ones helping to strengthen America.

In a recent presentation, author Simon Sinek, who is well known for his inspirational writings, talks about the all-important topic of “how great leaders inspire action.”

When Sinek’s book Start With Why hit the shelves in 2009, is it really any wonder why so many individuals couldn’t wait to get their hands on a copy of it? Think about the title alone: Start With Why. Now think about the subtitle: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action.

In 2009, the economic decline, or so-called “Great Recession” was well underway, with many people living in fear as businesses shut their doors, laid off individuals, piled up the workload for those still left, cut salaries, etc. In this tumultuous state, several Americans felt defeated and uninspired.

In Sinek’s book and recent presentation, he explores “The Golden Circle,” or what he claims separates successful people and businesses from the rest. Much like the title of his book suggests, it Starts With Why.

Why do people do what they do? Why do businesses do what they do?

Simon Sinek believes successful people and businesses are a result of working from your “why” outward to “how” and “what,” rather than working from your “what” inward to your “how” and “why.”  Sinek points to famous individuals like Martin Luther King, Jr., stating that King gave his “I Have a Dream” speech and helped others to see what he believed, not what he planned.

Spirited entrepreneurs understand this critical principle. They help to lead and inspire others with their “why”– their beliefs.

Jim Piccolo is a serial entrepreneur who once handed all of his team members a copy of Start With Why. He understands that “people don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.” As a real estate investor and advocate of education and entrepreneurship, Piccolo  knows that it takes hard work, the right knowledge and tools to achieve success. He also knows that the road for entrepreneurs is often paved with bumps along the way.

Today, Piccolo continues to fight, like the spirited entrepreneur he is, for his fellow real estate entrepreneurs and others looking for a solution to the challenges we face in the present economy. Through Real Estate Worldwide, Inc. (REWW) he is connecting other real estate entrepreneurs with the proven real estate investment systems utilized by the highly successful MemphisInvest.com team and REWW CEO Kent Clothier to create wealth during one of the toughest markets to date. In December 2012, the company officially launches, helping real estate entrepreneurs everywhere to fuel their success and that of this great country forward.
