Why Would I Promote Your Brand Versus My Own?

Why would I promote 1-800-SELL-NOW in my market instead of my own brand?

Man, I hear this a lot.

Well, let me ask you – What do you think the distressed home seller is going to remember easier?……

“Do You Need To Sell Your House Now? Call 1-800-SELL-NOW!”
or
“Do You Need To Sell Your House Now? Call Sam Smith at 561-512-7460!”

If you answered that honestly – then I’ve already won half the battle.

I have news for you… your customers will ABSOLUTELY answer that honestly with their actions. So – do you want this brand working for you or against you?

Do you want your competition to gain this advantage on you?

Look, we are all in this business to gain some type of financial freedom. To make enough money to spend quality time with our families and to enjoy life in general.

So, if we all agree that’s the goal – then why would you waste your time working on Project A if you knew Project B made more sense and ultimately more money and freedom.

This is the same argument that people make in franchising.

Why would I go buy a Subway Franchise if I can open up Sam’s Sub Shop? Well, Subway has a highly recognized brand that customers respond to AND Subway has done a lot of the heavy lifting for the business owner (training, advertising, resources, etc). This cuts down on your ramp up time and almost guarantees that you will have business walking in the door immediately.

The same is true of 1-800-SELL-NOW….except we are not a franchise and you pay us a small monthly fee versus a HUGE franchise fee and a percentage of revenue.

Branding is important…..some would say critical!

If you don’t understand the value in reaching a very targeted audience, having them call you directly, and creating leads that convert at an astonishing rate…..then there’s not much I can do for you.

The value is in having a highly memorable brand working for you instead of against you.

Put the best brand in front of your audience – period! The one that they are going to remember the best and respond to the best!!
