That the response rate and the quality of the leads would not be sufficient enough to find great deals.

The access to all states,counties, and zipcodes. Also the ability to go back in time regarding the sale of a property. The ability to go back and see when a property sold is very powerful.

How specific I can target an area - Country or Zip Code, Residential or Commercial.

My results have been above average to good. In 2015, I closed one of the largest wholesale deals within a 3 week time period, so I know the system works.
