The role of the customer service is to assess client’s needs and solve their problem using company services and resources. Customer service resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment and finally, following up to ensure resolution.
The main job duties of our customer service team include answering inbound phone calls and customer support tickets within Zendesk to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Outbound calls are made daily. Daily outbound calls include welcome calls to all new clients, as well as, payment decline collection calls and refund and cancel request save calls.
Customer service representatives work with the customer service manager to ensure all clients have a stellar customer experience. As part of the REWW team, customer service representatives are at the forefront of service delivery. You work day-in and day-out with our customers solving problems and informing them of products that contribute to the achievement of their business goals.
